Using OpenSports
OpenSports is provided for organising school sport, capturing results, managing rosters, and publishing meet information. Users must keep account access secure and only enter information they are authorised to manage.
Event data
Schools and organisers are responsible for the accuracy of rosters, entries and published results. OpenSports provides tools for timing, matching, correction and audit logging, but final event approval remains the organiser's responsibility.
Availability
OpenSports is designed to support live event workflows, but no online service can guarantee uninterrupted access. Organisers should keep reasonable backup procedures for critical race-day operations.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the platform, attempt to access data outside your role, interfere with the service, or upload unlawful, harmful or misleading information.
Changes
These terms may be updated as the product develops. Continued use of OpenSports means you accept the current terms.
